Certified translation for official documents—plus everyday written materials—delivered with linguistic accuracy and cultural clarity for multilingual communities.

Official & Certified Documents

Certified translations for documents that need to be accepted by government agencies, courts, schools, and immigration offices. Common documents include birth and death certificates, passports and IDs, academic transcripts and diplomas, marriage and divorce records, medical reports, legal contracts, and immigration paperwork.

Every translation includes a certificate of accuracy and can be notarized on request—accepted by USCIS, universities, courts, and government agencies.

Everyday Written Materials

Letters, forms, notices, flyers, outreach materials, and program documents—translated with both linguistic accuracy and cultural clarity so your message lands as intended.

We work closely with schools, healthcare teams, community organizations, and faith-based groups to make sure your everyday written communication reaches multilingual audiences with respect and precision.

Cultural & Community

Cultural & Community Support

Culturally informed language support helps organizations improve communication with immigrant, refugee, African diaspora, and multilingual communities—whether through interpreting, translating written materials, or advising on tone and context for outreach.

Why it matters

Language access goes beyond words

Real language access is not just word-for-word conversion. We help organizations communicate in ways that build trust, reduce misunderstandings, and respect cultural norms across immigrant, refugee, African diaspora, and multilingual communities.

Tone & messaging

Outreach that lands the right way

Beyond direct translation, we advise on tone, framing, and cultural appropriateness for outreach materials, public-health campaigns, school communications, and community announcements—so your message resonates as intended.

Faith & community

Working alongside trusted institutions

We partner with churches, Islamic centers, refugee resettlement programs, and community organizations to provide language support that respects religious and cultural practices while keeping families and communities connected.

Schools, social services & legal

Where misunderstandings have real consequences

Specialized cultural support for school IEP meetings, social-worker visits, legal intakes, and other settings where clarity is critical. Our team helps families and providers communicate with dignity and precision.

Spoken Interpretation

Interpretation Services

On-site and remote interpreting for the appointments, meetings, and moments that shape people’s lives—across medical, legal, education, and community settings.

On-Site Interpretation

In-person interpreters for the appointments and meetings that matter most—medical visits, hospital and clinic settings, court hearings, depositions, parent–teacher and IEP conferences, conferences and large events, and community or faith-based gatherings.

Our in-person team includes HIPAA-trained medical interpreters and certified court interpreters where required. Mileage may apply depending on location—we will confirm pricing when you book.

Phone & Video Interpretation (24/7)

Immediate access to multilingual interpreters around the clock by secure phone or video—available 24/7. Ideal for time-sensitive medical questions, on-call legal consultations, mental-health check-ins, school emergencies, or quick follow-ups when an in-person interpreter is not practical.

Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) sessions can be conducted from any computer or tablet, and Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) connects you to an interpreter in seconds.

What languages do you support?

We support a wide range of African languages (including Bambara, Wolof, Fula, Hausa, Swahili, Amharic, and others) and world languages such as Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, French, and more. Availability depends on modality and scheduling—see our full list and tell us what you need when you reach out.

How are in-person sessions billed? Is there a travel fee?

In-person interpreting may include mileage or travel costs depending on location. We confirm pricing up front when you request a quote or schedule, so there are no surprises.

What kinds of documents can you translate?

We translate official documents (certified where required) as well as everyday materials—letters, forms, notices, outreach flyers, program handouts, and similar content—with attention to both accuracy and cultural clarity.

What is your translation process and how fast is turnaround?

Submit your document via secure upload or in person, and we return a detailed quote within 24 hours. Each translation is completed by a certified linguist, reviewed by a second translator for quality, and certified or notarized if required, then delivered securely by email or mail. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days, with 24–48 hour rush options and same-day emergency service available subject to availability.

Are your interpreters certified for medical, legal, and court settings?

Yes. Our medical interpreters are HIPAA-trained and our court interpreters are certified and able to provide sworn interpretation as required. We also support specialized education settings (IEP meetings, parent–teacher conferences) and conferences with simultaneous or consecutive interpretation, with equipment available on request.

How quickly will you respond to a quote request?

We typically reply to email and contact-form messages within 24 hours on business days. If your request is urgent, call us—especially for live interpreting needs.

Who do you typically work with?

We work with schools and youth programs, healthcare and clinics, community and social-service organizations, churches and Islamic centers, social workers, legal offices, and families—supporting multilingual and immigrant communities across Maine and remotely.
